SALES ADMIN COORDINATOR / ASSISTANT
- General Administrative duties and support for Sales & Operation Team.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails and fax.
- Data entry & ensure proper documentation arrangement, record & filling.
- Prepare, maintain and update the product sample for sales person & customer.
- Coordinate mails, courier and dispatch services; follow-up on goods’ delivery; eg.: Return D/O from courier services / transporter.
- To coordinate and assist the sales coordinator on daily task, included issuing invoice, D/O, CN etc.
- To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
- SPM holder or higher with 1- 2 years’ experience in hands-on sales administrative work is an added advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
- Preferably Chinese speaking female candidate.
- A good team player, positive working attitude and self-motivated
- Familiar with UBS Billing & Inventory software would be an added advantage.
- Interested candidates or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training provided.
- Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam. Possess own transport.
